We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase, such as the Order Number generated when you purchased the item from our webshop.

To initiate a return, please complete the Online Product Return Form. If your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
