At Motonomad Outdoors, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide authentic, high-quality outdoor gear. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be processed.
 

 

1) Eligibility for Returns
 

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Products must be in resalable condition (no signs of wear, damage, or alteration).

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including: Clearance or sale items Personal-use items (e.g., sleeping bags, cookware) once opened Customized or special-order products
     

 

2) Refunds
 

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, e-wallet, card reversal).

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
     

 

3) Exchanges
 

  • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value (with the customer paying the difference).

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
     

 

4) Defective or Incorrect Items
 

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

  • Proof of issue (e.g., photos, videos) may be required to validate claims.

  2. Provide order details, proof of purchase, and reason for return.

  3. Ship the item back to our designated return address (shipping costs borne by customer unless item is defective/incorrect).

  • Warranty claims follow the manufacturer’s terms (e.g., Naturehike, Blackdog, etc).

  • Proof of purchase and warranty documentation are required.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the brand’s policies.
